In addition to audits, we implement pre-shipment sample testing. This involves carefully examining samples of our products before they are shipped to our customers. By subjecting these samples to comprehensive testing, we can verify their quality, purity, and efficacy.

Furthermore, our commitment to quality extends to product-specific surveillance. We closely monitor and analyze the performance and characteristics of each product in our lineup to ensure they meet the highest industry standards. This ongoing surveillance allows us to promptly address any potential concerns and continually improve the quality of our offerings.

Prior to introducing any ingredients into our warehouses, we perform product-specific physical tests in our internal laboratories, which encompass:

Third Party Testing

For all other ingredient testing, we collaborate with esteemed partner laboratories located in China, the United States, and Europe. These reputable labs conduct a wide range of tests to ensure the quality and safety of our ingredients.

Additionally, we prioritize our customers' needs by accommodating their specific testing requirements. If requested, we are more than willing to arrange testing at a laboratory of their choice. We understand the importance of tailored testing solutions to meet individual preferences.

Auditing Team

Ensuring the utmost quality of the ingredients we offer is a top priority for us. To achieve this, we have a dedicated auditing team that continuously evaluates the manufacturers we collaborate with. Our thorough auditing process guarantees that we only associate our name with ingredients of the highest standard.

How do we conduct our audits? Firstly, we meticulously track and monitor the audit scores of each manufacturer. This allows us to closely monitor their performance and identify any potential issues related to key testing parameters. We also cross-reference these scores with the consistency of materials used in our testing procedures.

In the event that any quality concerns arise, we take immediate action by communicating directly with the respective factory. We work closely with them to address and rectify any issues promptly. However, if a factory fails to make the necessary adjustments to meet our stringent quality standards, we make the difficult decision to disqualify them from our partnership. Fortunately, these instances are rare as we have carefully selected only the most exceptional manufacturers to collaborate with us from the outset.
