We prioritize collaborating with certified B Corps to uphold rigorous standards of environmental and social screening. By aligning with like-minded stakeholders, we reinforce our commitment to these principles.

At GreenDada, our mission is to advance ethical and responsible trading practices. We meticulously choose suppliers who uphold our Supplier Code of Conduct, guaranteeing the following:

  1. Employment is voluntary, with no forced labor.
  2. Working conditions are safe, healthy, and hygienic.
  3. Child labor is strictly prohibited.
  4. Fair wages are paid and working hours are reasonable.
  5. Professionalism and integrity are expected from all employees.
  6. Discrimination, harassment, violence, bullying, unfair treatment, and inhumane practices are not tolerated.
  7. Confidential information is protected and not misused.

To ensure compliance, we have implemented the following systems:

  1. Conducting initial onsite audits and random audits to identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  2. Collaborating with reputable and socially conscious partners to mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking.
  3. Continuously monitoring potential risk areas through random audits of our business locations and supplier facilities.
  4. Safeguarding whistleblowers who report potential violations.
  5. Complying with anti-corruption laws and regulations worldwide.


Sustainability

GreenDada acknowledges the influence of our operations on the environment and is dedicated to minimizing any negative impacts throughout our business. We actively seek collaboration with stakeholders who share our commitment to environmental sustainability. Our objective is to comply with existing and future environmental regulations, prevent pollution, and integrate environmental considerations into our decision-making processes.

We hold all stakeholders accountable to uphold the same or reasonably comparable levels of compliance with the standards set by GreenDada. To ensure environmental responsibility, the following measures are currently implemented across all our global regions:

  1. Partnering with factories that have embraced sustainability initiatives, with many holding ISO14001 certification, ensuring adherence to environmentally responsible practices.
  2. Prioritizing efficient forecasting and purchasing systems to import goods by sea, reducing our carbon footprint.
  3. Supporting local communities by collaborating with customers to select charities for donations and volunteering. Organizations we have supported include Community Partner, Boys & Girls Club, Vitamin Angels, Tikva Children's Home, John E Kennedy Crusaders, and more.
  4. Implementing an ERP system to reduce paper usage by 30% in order processing and invoicing.
  5. Participating in the "CleanSkies" program for our warehouse equipment, utilizing only electric lifts and energy-conscious charging stations.
  6. Using energy star certified printers and defaulting all printing jobs to double-sided at the IT level to minimize paper consumption.
  7. Installing PIR lighting controls in our owned warehouse to optimize energy usage.
  8. Transitioning 90% of meetings to online platforms, reducing office mileage and associated emissions.
  9. Promoting reuse, recycling, and the use of recycled and recyclable supplies across all our locations.
  10. Implementing water conservation measures to minimize water usage.
  11. Striving to reduce consumption of single-use plastics, utilizing environmentally friendly paper, and maximizing recycling efforts, including plastics and large electronic equipment (leased laptops).
  12. Encouraging alternatives to travel when feasible and advocating for environmentally friendly travel options to reduce indirect emissions.
